My assistant will not connect

What you see

Your assistant says it cannot reach 23artifacts, or asks you to sign in again and again, or does not list any 23artifacts tools. If you opened the connector's address in a browser, the page says:

This address is for AI assistants, not for reading in a browser.

If you opened the page where you allow an assistant by itself, it says:

This page opens automatically when an application requests access to your account.

Why it happens

The connector's address is meant to be added to an assistant, not opened in a browser. The page where you allow an assistant only appears in the middle of connecting, when the assistant sends you there. And an assistant reads the list of tools once, when it connects: if it connected before a change, it can ask for a tool that is gone, and it is told:

Reconnect to list the current tools.

What to do

Add this address to your assistant as a remote MCP server, or install the 23artifacts plugin where your assistant takes plugins — the steps for each assistant are in Getting started:

https://mcp.23artifacts.com/mcp

Then sign in and allow it when it asks — once. If it was connected before, remove it and add it again, so it lists today's tools. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds the connector for the organization first, and each member then connects.
