Support

How to get help with 23artifacts, and where everything else you might need lives.

Get help

Write to hello@23artifacts.com. Say what you were doing, the address of the artifact if there is one, and what happened instead. Replies to any mail 23artifacts sends you reach the same place.

Connect your assistant

The steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code are the first section of the documentation. The connector's address is https://mcp.23artifacts.com/mcp. The first time your assistant uses it, a window asks you to sign in to 23artifacts and to allow the assistant to act for you.

Documentation

What 23artifacts does and how — publishing, who can open an artifact, versions, comments, the library — is in the documentation. Developers will find the API reference, and assistants read the same guides as Markdown at /docs.md.

Report an artifact

If something published on 23artifacts should not be — abuse, malware, phishing, or content you hold the rights to — use the report form, which the crate in the corner of every artifact also opens, or write to abuse@23artifacts.com. Copyright notices go to our designated agent at dmca@23made.com; the Terms of Service give the details.

Security

Report a vulnerability to security@23artifacts.com. The same contact is published in security.txt.

Your account and your data

Most of what you might ask for, you can do yourself in your account settings: change your addresses and how you sign in, choose the mail you get, and delete your account. Export now, under Backups in your Personal workspace's settings, makes one zip of that workspace and of everything you wrote on other people's artifacts, and mails you when it is ready.

Every assistant you have let act for you is listed under Assistants in your account settings; revoking one ends its access at once.

For anything else — a request to see, correct or delete your data, or a question about it — write to privacy@23artifacts.com. The Privacy Policy says what we keep, why, and for how long.
