# Decks

Ask your assistant for a deck — “turn these notes into eight slides” — and it publishes real slides at an address of their own, like any artifact. Edit it from its row or its page (**Edit**): the editor takes the whole page and saves as you go, and the bar above it says **Unpublished changes** until you press **Publish** — named for the version it makes, **Publish v5**, which goes live at once and can be rolled back like any other — so the address keeps showing the last published deck while you work. **Done** takes you back to the artifact. People with the **Editor** role can edit too, at the same time as you, and **Insert from library** brings in your assets. At its address a deck is the show itself, slide by slide: arrow keys move, **F** switches full screen, **S** opens the speaker view with notes and a timer. The editor exports a PDF or the slides as images.
